Gandinnovations’ continues to earn Industry accolades– It’s all About the Jeti Printers.
First-rate quality, unsurpassed customer service: Color output is the best on the market
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (October 30, 2008) – For Mark Wormser, president and owner of the Quality Banner Company, the decision to purchase an Aquajet 3324 from Gandinnovations was simple; “it’s the one-step direct-to-textile dye sublimation solution.”
“The image quality and color is better than anything on the market to date,” says Wormser. “The Aquajet offers production level speeds unlike anything I’ve ever seen to date. Competitive machines make the same claims, but in reality pale in comparison.”
As a business that specializes in the manufacture of decorative flags and patriotic décor, Quality Banner had been down the direct-to-textile imaging path before and had a definite idea of what they didn’t want in a printer.
“We were neither proud nor successful owners of a 4 Mimaki TX2-1600 printers. The post print processes required direct-to-textile acid dying were a real nightmare,” admits Wormser.
“We considered the Dupont Arista, the D-Gen and Texpress, but honestly none of these were capable of high output performance. Production output is super critical to us, as is print quality. The Aquajet offers copious amounts of both. Hundreds of resellers’ nationwide sell our products and we don’t have the time, or patience, to wait all day for 20-to-25 flags to print. The Aquajet will print and heat-set the dye on 20 full color 3-x5- flags in roughly 30 minutes and like all of the 3300 printers by Gandinnovations, it is designed to print 24/7, whereas other printers on the market are not,” adds Wormser.
As owners of six Jeti Printers Quality Banner credits its growth over the past four years to products produced on those machines.
“Since the purchase of our first Jeti 3312, the print department has evolved from a 2,000 sq. ft. room into a brand new 21,000 sq. ft. print facility bringing the total production facility size to just less than 50,000 sq. ft.
Gandinnovations has ‘partnered’ with us in training our personnel, solving problems and devising new and innovative machines that have helped us meet the growing demand of our customers,” says Wormser.
Each successive generation of Jeti printers from Gandinnovations has extended the bounds of both performance and durability. The latest generation Jeti may be the most successful ever. The Jeti 3324 Aquajet is designed to optimize the workload of industrial textile printing environments.
“You have to see it print to believe it. The quality and speed is amazing! The Jeti 3324 Aquajet is designed to optimize workload of industrial textile printing environments, and our unique enhancements put this printer in a league of it own,” says James Gandy CEO & Chairman for Gandinnovations.
The Jeti 3324 Aquajet featuring 24 Spectra Water based Special Edition print heads available in 6 color, 400 dpi resolution giving ultra real images that can compete with any high resolution printer in the market yet giving production speeds over 100sqm/hr. Jeti3324 Aquajet.
“"It-s a perfect marriage of conventional textile printing needs and innovative digital convenience,” adds Gandy. Sturdy Jeti printer construction ensures maximum performance and reliability in a 24-7 production environment. With the Jeti 3324 Aquajet a textile print shop can meet its full potential of heavy production demands at a lower cost while producing high quality images at greater speeds.
Printing direct to Polyester based fabrics are easy with the Jeti 3324 Aquajet and the results are bright colors second to none. Not only are the waster-based Aqueous Inks, produced by Gandinnovations environmentally friendly, they also deliver vivid and durable graphic images.

Aqueous Inks when used in combination with the Jeti 3324 Aquajet create the ultimate colors that are brilliant, fade resistant, and literally burst to life from a full range of fabrics – flag, banner, and textile materials, almost anything on which it’s printed.
Unique to the Jeti 3324 Aquajet is an integrated air cutter/slitter system made up of 3 high temperature-slitting units attached on the rewind rollers that allow you to slit and seal the fabric to the finished required sizes. To avoid any fumes the Jeti 3324 Aquajet has a built in venting system, and a separate Air Cleaning Unit included with the printer. The Unique beveled media rollers make sure all types of fabrics are centered on the printer at all time for accurate print quality and registration.
The Industrial fabric unwinds system with tension and edge position control, and end-of-roll detection minimizes operator intervention and facilitates printing of a wide variety of fabrics. The rewind system is designed to accept industry standard 75mm (3 inch) tube cores.
The Jeti 3324 Aquajet is unquestionably the fastest 3.3m (10’10”) meter grand-format digital printer designed explicitly for the fabric and textile printing industry.
