WASATCH TEMPLATES: POPULAR APPLICATIONS.

Wasatch SoftRIP’s innovative features create endless printing possibilities. Use Wasatch Templates to create and save a layout that works with your printing production, such as dye sublimation or printing directly to a substrate. This feature saves time and the headache of aligning images in your layout when a strict registration is required, for example when using a printing jig. Plus, apply variable data to customize text or images in your saved template using Wasatch-s Variable Data Printing Option*.

Dye Sublimation:
Using the Wasatch Template feature in the dye sublimation production workflow allows you to easily create a large quantity of products without the hassle of preparing individual layouts every time you print. Whether you are dye sublimating to lanyards or Chromaluxe® products, using Wasatch Templates makes it easy to align your prints to the substrate, resulting in an effortless sublimation process.

A printing jig is necessary when sublimating to products such as luggage tags, guitar picks, or jewelry. Create and save multiple templates in Wasatch that will match a jig, and preparing to print is as easy as dragging and dropping your images into the layout screen.

Sublimating tags using a jig:
Even sublimated mugs and specialty clothing, such as jerseys, benefit from using a template. Create a template to make your layout easy to cut and prepare for the sublimating process.

Direct Printing on Substrate:
UV LED desktop printers are becoming increasingly popular. Printing small specialty runs directly on novelty or promotional items can be cost effective and versatile. However, printing directly on specialty items requires precise registration. Wasatch Templates solves this problem. Create a template based on your substrate, import images, and print.

Easily print on USB sticks, lighters, golf balls, magnets, and tape measurers. Directly printing on promotional items using the Wasatch Templates feature creates endless possibilities while saving time and operating costs.

*The Variable Data Printing Option must be purchased separately.
